On Wednesday, September 14th 2011, I placed an online order to B&L Associates (CityBoxers). The order was for five pairs of custom boxor shorts, costing $118.94. I received one e-mail saying the transaction was successful. I never received the purchase merchandise or any subsequent communication. I checked my credit card to see I was never charged for this purchase. The order number given by CityBoxers was [redacted].
On Thursday, October 13th 2001, I placed a second online order. The order was for five pairs of custom boxor shorts, costing [redacted]. Exactly as before, I received one e-mail saying the transaction was successful. I never received the purchase merchandise or any subsequent communication, and my credit card again had not been charged. The order number given by CityBoxers was [redacted].
I have sent three emails to B&L Associates requesting assistance. I have sent two to [redacted].com on November 10th and 17th, and one to [email protected] on November 19th. I have used both of these e-mail addresses to communicate with B&L Associates customer support during a fully successful order placed on January 27th, 2011.
I have attempted three times to call B&L Associates customer support by phone at [redacted] There is no response on this phone number. I do not have the dates these phone calls were attempted, but they were all in the month of November.
On November 18th, and again on November 29th, I have posted a request for assistance on CityBoxer's online message board. Both requests have gone unanswered. This post can be found here: [redacted]
