Review: The salesman guaranteed my purchase for 90 days and said I could just call within that time to receive refund; however this is not what happened. I purchased two items and got five items free for use on my leg because he offered me this guarantee. I used the products like he stated for almost 90 days and wasn't happy so I called and asked for a refund. He got very defensive and told me he would have to call me back. Two weeks later I still received no call so I drove the 5 hours to Billings to return the unused product. Once there they tried to say because I used it I couldn't return it. Then because I didn't have the boxes I couldn't return them. No where on my receipt did it say return box. After 30 minutes of arguing I only got half my money back. This is not a guarantee this is fraudulent service.Desired Settlement: I want the rest of my money returned to me. I paid $400 and only got two back. No where on my receipt or the vendor cart does it state that the guarantee return policy is only honored with boxes. All he did was circle a G on my receipt showing he gave me a guarantee.
