I am rejecting this response because:
It was very unfortunate to see the amount of mistaken information on the response of Youth Noise.Let's start with what Youth Noise DIDN'T say. they didn't say why I was charge $on a mistakenly Apiece of paper. this "report" was made to lure me into a contract with Youth Noise.Youth Noise , over the phone call before I signed the agreement , was promising too good to be true results.I was pushed to sign to this agreement by their sales girl with sentences like : "think about what's gonna happen when u have figures in revenue from google" ...They were selling my a dream. your own eyes can see it , they promised $700,in revenue , in a report that was made by them and which I paid $for. about the claims about the hours , all the messages were in skype , the owner of the company is traveling across the world , and I didn't get response for weeks ! sometimes...my only goal now is to make sure that other people won't get hurt by them.As an online bussniess owner , there's so many scammers in the field , and unfortunately , I made a wrong decision by working with them , the losses from this company still with me today.I am willing to confront with any of Youth Noise employeesAs i'm saying truthful information. Here's a screenshot of their "results" *** 5.4K spent , 6K revenue , after cost of good is -2.5K loss. on the first call , they promised that I will see results on the Adwords in months. the results that they "forecasted" was 100K spent -> 700K back .The Actual results are 5.4K spent -> 6K back. Math doesn't lie , Youth Noise do.As I said , I would like a full refund of the amount that I paid. if I send to a customer a product that described as A and I don't deliver (or deliver something different) , then i'm giving a full refund.I expect Youth Noise to do the same
Regards,

I am rejecting this response because:
the company scammed me on $14k , I just want me money back
Regards,
[redacted]

Our client's satisfaction is our top priority. To that end, we have taken [redacted] concerns very seriously from the moment he brought them to our attention. [redacted] requested chargebacks were denied by the credit card company after they verified that we had performed all services as agreed...

upon. If there was any lapse in service or results, we would have either a) refunded his money, or b) immediately increased services at no further cost to him. However, there was no lapse in service or results--in fact, we gave [redacted] extra support and waived all fees for managing his paid advertising campaign. On October 2017, [redacted] hired Youth Noise on UpWork to perform an intensive audit. This is the initial transaction of $3,000. We charge for our audits, as the client is free to take the audit and use it for another firm or utilize the audit themselves. A forecast was requested of what it would take to hit $1mill/month in sales. We took the existing historical performance of his account along with [redacted] data to extrapolate a forecast to hit [redacted] desired goal of $1mill/month in sales. However, forecasts (and this was clearly communicated) are only best practice estimates with the data available and we outlined that forecasts can only be accurate once we are in the account. In order to hit this goal, based on the data we had on hand, it would require at least $100k/month in adpsend. [redacted] was informed that this would not happen overnight and would require us to establish a solid foundation along with proper scaling. No guarantees were ever made for requested forecasts over the phone, Skype, email or in written contracts. Harel Levy signed a contractual agreement with Youth Noise in November 2017 to manage his AdWords campaign along with Search Engine Optimization for his website. The agreement was for a $5,000 one-time setup, $3,150/month SEO, and an AdWords management fee of 20% on monthly adspend. The total charge in November was $8,150. $5,000 was for the setup of AdWords and SEO. This consisted of setting up Google Retargeting, Google Shopping, Google Dynamic Ad Campaigns, Google Display Ads, keywords research, competitive analysis, and onsite optimization. $3,150 was for the first month’s SEO link building. Evidence of all work performed can be seen here[redacted] December 2017 was month 2 of our contractual services with [redacted] Levy. The second charge of $3,15O was for month two of SEO link building: [redacted] Over the course of November and December, we averaged 5.04 and 3.39 ROAS (return on advertising spend) respectively. [redacted] was told that we prefer to build on top of existing high ROAS KWs and build out slowly and methodically, but in the middle of December we had conversations where he wanted to aggressively ramp up adspend to hit the forecasts. We informed [redacted] multiple times this would cause ROAS to decline in the short term and it will take time to recover the ROAS. Conversation of [redacted] approval of increased adspend: [redacted] Through the latter half of December and early January, we made increasingly aggressive moves per [redacted] request despite our recommendations. Typically these moves (such as changing Adwords attribution model and how it counts revenue, or changing the bids from manual bids to Google's own tROAS/tCPA bids) take 30+ days to optimize for as these fundamentally change most of the data points that the account runs on. We're furiously optimizing based on new incoming data, but we haven't seen a large turnaround yet and we don't expect that any PPC company can do so on a daily or weekly basis. It will take time to get the account back to positive ROAS due to these changes. Overall, it also looks like a macro slowdown is also occurring due to seasonality of the product being sweatshirts and jackets. Within the two months of services, we were able to achieve first page rankings for [redacted] SEO campaign which he was happy about. These were the charges in November for $3,150 and December for $3,150. The AdWords campaign however, was not favorable due to the constant changes requested. [redacted] was unhappy with the current situation so as a kind gesture we never charged our monthly AdWords management fee which is 20% of Adspend. This unhappiness soon turned into unprofessional behavior from [redacted]. He began to harass our employees by using profanity, calling employees repeatedly at odd hours of the night, and even speaking on their religion. [redacted] has also resorted to harassing the spouses of our employees on social media. At Youth Noise we take pride in delivering substantial value and results for our clients. Unfortunately, it got to a point where we decided to longer tolerate this behavior from [redacted]. As stated in the agreement he signed, both parties can cancel at any time and on January 19, 2018 we sent [redacted] a termination email: [redacted] As for [redacted] statement of ignoring him for weeks. This is simply untrue. He insisted on communicating between 6 separate Skype threads and we simply chose one to respond in. There was no use in responding to the same questions in multiple chat rooms. Also, he is messaging at abnormal times such as 2am. In addition to our teams prompt communication, we made concessions of weekly reports for [redacted] versus our usual monthly reports[redacted] In regards to [redacted] other concerns, we are a reputable company with a long history of satisfied clients such as ** [redacted], just to name a few. As you would imagine, these companies would not be doing business with fly-by-night “scammers”. We deeply regret [redacted] perspective on things, but we feel confident that we have adhered to every ethical practice and customer service principle.
