Review: On march [redacted] at 11am I went to B&L wireless connections to get my iPhone 3gs by using the touch screen an it didn't start, so I told him it always does that, it's not activating. [redacted] the man behind the counter whom is the manager said I know what's wrong with it, then I cut in and said "yeah I updated it an it got stuck. He claimed he new what was wrong with it and started playing with as he walked to the back. About 2mins later he came back out and told me it was going to be 60 dollars to fix at that time I said OK we proceeded with the paper work for me to come back then he told me to come back in 2hours. I said OK so you know what's wrong an it will be fix an he said yes I see this all the time it would be updated an fixed and IL never have to try an update it again, then I left an said thank you. I came back bout 12:50pm an he said it was not fix yet give him a couple of minutes,then he came back out from the back room an said it's fixed but my touch screen is not working to good it's gonna work off an on, I said why an he said who ever fix it before broke it and glued it back together,so I said it was working when I brought it to you. then he said he had to open up the back to check something. He proceeded to say 60 dollars was the cost and then I said unwillingly OK IL be back at 4pm or 5-do to the fact that he wasn't done fixing yet. Came back at 4:30pm he hand me the iPhone an said sorry it can't be fixed we can't fix anything on it he didn't charge my anything for it an said bye, And the touch screen is not working at all now,an nothing was fix.an I have more problems now. Please help.Desired Settlement: Just want him to fix it back the way it was when I brought it in. That's all I want from them.
