Leased 2 case tv380 track machines, very disappointed with product. Machines didn't even make the first oil change and we are into them $37,000 for repairs. Case customer service is ignorant and unresponsive to repeated calls, they hold their ground and and say they are not responsible. And to be fair, these machines live a life of ease, they are in no way abused or ran hard. Currently ready to take them back and go elsewhere for a reliable product
