Review: When I first arrived the waiter seemed to be pleasant. I sat in the bar area at a high table to watch the games on a Sunday. I informed him that I would be accompanied by 4 other adults. When the rest of my guests arrived I waited for him to ask us what we wanted to drink. And I waited and I waited I waited. So I then flagged him down and asked if we could get water and the bread that they usually just bring out. He said yea and dissappeared. As we're waiting for our water I then had to give him the look that we were ready to order. He then rushed to get the waters and brought them back and was gunna wisk off again before I had to stop him and let him know we wanted to order food. He took the order and left quickly again. I had to stop what looked like the manager and let her know we had been waiting for our food. She then went back and brought us chili. It was cool. I told her it was not warm she brougth another. We waited in between times for so long. At the end I asked to see manager he was rude and acted as if I was wasting his time. They finally were I suppose tired of me so they compted the bill. I left 10 dollars any way because that was not what I wanted. I just wanted the manger to know I was displeased with the service and my fries and chili were cold. I had no problem paying for what I did eat and order.Desired Settlement: a complimentary meal for 2 at another black angus

Thank you for forwarding on the comment from [redacted]. I have reviewed the information. Unfortunately the guest did leave unsatisfied. I had a conversation with her on this day and spoke with her directly as well as the other manager on duty. We did all in our proper procedure to correct the issue ā€“ offering more service attendance, both myself and another server to aid the table in the frequent requests. I had asked on 4 specific occasions if I was able to do anything more for them and the answer by the other guests was a no. Ms. [redacted] had not voiced a concern or spoke to anyone during her visit until the payment was prompted and at this time my manager had spoken with her and they agreed to comp a portion of the bill. She then approached me and had aggressively pushed her payment book at me and said it was not correct I then apologized and said that because of all the errors that I was more than happy to take care of her bill in full and that I would not want her to have such an experience as this and I apologized again. She had placed the payment book onto the bar with force and walked out. We do attempt to exceed our guest expectations and at this time it was a manager decision I had made to not have a payment made on an experience she had felt was poor. Although we are both a restaurant and bar/lounge concept I believe that the type of service she was seeking was our dining experience and not the bar service which has a fast pace service but with the same food selection. Guests are asked when walking in which they would prefer to be seated in. At this time we will not be able to redeem 2 entrees for her as we did comp her meal at the time of visit and after reading her letter she was not happy about that.
