I don't recall ever meeting or speaking to [redacted]. I dealt with [redacted] and his brother, [redacted], who was also staying in the RV along with 2 small children, [redacted] and a dog and a cat. This is a privately owned campground. We are open year round on a...
limited basis. Our spaces are available daily or week to week. At check-in [redacted] advised our [redacted] that he would be staying for a few weeks, a month at the most. They stayed for three weeks. However, we do not want them to return to the campground.
Review: Blackbear campground advertises it is a year long campground but fails to tell its campers that they only have 40 reserved spaces for year-round camping. Because of this I am now facing eviction after telling the owner I was going to be here for 6 months to a year and now have to move myself, my 2 infant children, and my husband into a homeless shelter.Desired Settlement: To maintain living on grounds with no complications from owner as initially thought. I feel I should not have to lose my home because of false advertising.
