Black Bear Diner

We had lunch at the Woodlands, Texas location on April 9th at around 1:30 pm. It was the first time dining in. We ordered the ScramBowl for both of us. Meal prep appeared to be okay until I dug in and found the potatoes which were on the bottom burnt on one side of most of them. I questioned the waiter if this is how the potatoes were supposed to be. He said that some customers want them that way. He did ask me if I wanted them to remake them. It was late and I was very hungry so I did not send the plate back. While eating it appeared that the potatoes were not freshly made and probably were sitting around which caused them to be burnt. I gave them three stars because the waiter was excellent.

Dined at location in New Braunfil location on Thursday June 19th. I ordered the open faced turkey sandwich and was served turkey shreds. Not one slice of turkey, just scraps. It was late and I was very hungry so I did not send the plate back. I'm very disappointed in the
condition of the food I was served yesterday and if they didn't have enough turkey to make a decent plate, it should have been told to me.
I believe this should be addressed so the quality of the food is up to the standards the owners advertise.
