I have agreed to fix some problems at [redacted] home. The problem I have been having is to find someone capable to do it. I used to build several homes a year with my own crews. to do it that I trust. I had a builder lined up, Russ [redacted] who was familiar with the home. He ordered the materials and was supposed to do it in July. He no showed, has the materials and will not get back to me. I have reached out to Ben at [redacted] Both are trying to fit me in. I had contacted them earlier in June, then I thought Russ was going to do it. I dropped off their list, now I’m back on. I don’t want to tell [redacted] someone is going to be there and they don’t show again. I have pleaded with both parties to give me a firm date. I know [redacted] is frustrated, so I’m I.
