I spoke with Mr [redacted] on several occasions about this matterWe had some employees working in the area and they went into Mr [redacted] place of business to cash there paychecksIt is true that some of the paychecks were returned I spoke with Mr [redacted] about this and told him to redeposit the checks asked him what the returned check fees were and sent him a check for those fees in the amount of $As of 10/1/all of the paychecks that were cashed at Mr [redacted] business have cleared Black Bear Industrial bank account and we're paid by our bankIf Mr [redacted] would like to contact me I would be more than Happy to speak with him about this matterThank You, [redacted] ***
