This letter is regarding the complaint filed by Mrs [redacted] Case# [redacted] We have spoken with [redacted] directly before the date of the filing for this complaint in which I asked if I could call her back since I was on an ice covered roof at the timeI called and left messages that evening and the following morning – the day she must of filed the complaint I personally had a conversation with [redacted] regarding finishing the removal and replacement of the Garage Door Header in Mid-December in which [redacted] stated “we are not in any rush and that we are fine with us completing that aspect of the job any time before spring ’All work that Mrand Mrs [redacted] has been completed as of March 2, As I have explained to [redacted] and ***, the original sales rep that handled their sale is no longer with our company and hasn’t been since last October so any contact or attempted contact [redacted] or [redacted] made with their sales rep we were un-aware ofIn February when [redacted] called our office, we became aware of the [redacted] ’s wanting to schedule their Garage Door Header work out, we apologized for any communication troubles and the work was schedule immediately and completed within the week I personal stopped back out on March 2, to re-adjust the garage door tension again and upon asking [redacted] , he stated that they were happy and that everything they wanted done was 100% completed

*** from American Modern Exteriors made the process of getting a repair done to my roof easyAn appointment was set up to get an estimate and the work was completedVery personable and easy to work with

They promised to do our roof in MayCalled to verify the time and was told they were backed up and would be next day,Days went by and no callsI would call and text with no responseThen when I finally got a hold of them was told the crew needed two days to do our roof and rain was in the forecastIt rained days in wksAfter many attempts I finally called the ownerHe said the guy was on leave.Then a trailer got a flat tire.Then the bearings went outThen a trucks brakes went outFinally materials came, sat on roof for a wk One guy shows up at am to take old roof off ,leaves at 5;Next day the crew got here and completed roofWas short some materialPromised to come back next daydays later came backDidn't clean up around house left bottles,gloves etcI picked up the lawn and gardens that had old nails and shingles left there, Would not recommend this company to anyone

This letter is regarding the complaint filed by Mr [redacted] Case# [redacted] After completing Mr***’s roof in June, I spoke with [redacted] and reviewed how the project went At that time he expressed that he was very happy with the roofing crew and that everything went goodOur former [redacted] completed a final inspection and we received final paymentAbout a month later, I received a call from Mr [redacted] who asked if we could send over someone from the satellite provider/company to figure out why his reception would come in and out for his satellite TVDirectly after our conversation I called the local Total TV and scheduled an appointment for them to come out and figure out what the issue wasI then called Mr [redacted] back to let him know that they would be out to days from that dateI also asked him to contact me back if there was any other issuesI received a call from Mr [redacted] on Monday July 1st which he informed me that the problem was still not fixedI called a different company then, J & J Electronics and asked when they could get over to his houseThey informed me that they were over a week out for the next appointment so I called Mr [redacted] back and informed himHe was unhappy with the time frame and stated to me that he could get someone out in – daysI told him that if that would be a better solution for him that he could have that company come out and fix the alignment and that we would cover all of the costI also informed Mr [redacted] that if he could mail the invoice and we would send him a check for the amount right awayMr [redacted] agreed and we hung upAbout a month later we still hadn’t received any invoice from Mr [redacted] nor the satellite company and I received a call from Mr [redacted] who was extremely upset and cursing about us not fixing the issue and that he wanted his reimbursementIt was at this point he informed me that there were mounting bolts that were not fully fastenedI again asked him to send an invoice or asked him if he wanted me to stop by and pick it up so I could write him a check right away and inspect his roofWe scheduled an appointment for September 20th, I went over to Mr***’s house and cut him a check for the amount the satellite company charged and fastened the bolts completely into the roofI had Mr [redacted] inspect and sign off on the work I performed and he informed me that he wanted to apologize for writing the complaint to the Revdex.com and that he would be willing to submit a letter to ask for it to be removedI apologized for his inconveniences and we parted waysAbout a week ago, I called Mr [redacted] to follow up and make sure he wasn’t having any more issues with the satellite and he informed me that he was and that he appreciated my follow upHe also asked me to let him know where and to whom to send his letter to All issues have been resolved and to my knowledge Mr [redacted] is completely happy with his new roof now

Yes the issue is resolved, but not in the time frame HE statedI called after ONE week concerning my satellite issue that his crew causedI left numerous messages that were not being returnedI called [redacted] electronics to fix it after six weeks of trying to get a hold of [redacted] and/ or *** [redacted] received no calls from them....PERIODNow he's trying to hinge this on an invoice from [redacted] Electronics? He knew nothing of it until September when he FINALLY returned my call out of the blue after I filed my complaint! In a feeble attempt to save face, [redacted] resorts to lying! Just due to that MAJOR character flaw I would never recommend them to anyone! [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] Regards, [redacted] ***

They are reasonably priced And we thought they were fast and efficient, and politeWe were very pleased with the results, and they made sure everything was picked up when finished

Horrible communication Only returned emails and phone calls after I threatened to call the Revdex.com Gave timelines that he never followed Two workers came, did a rush job, smoked on my property, and took off As soon as the job was done owner came over within a couple hours and wanted payment

American Modern Exteriors did a phenomenal job on my roofing project The owner and staff is very knowledgeable The owner and staff educated me and gave pointers during the roofing project The work that was completed was high quality and done in just a day and a half When they left the project the yard spotless They also left a few extra shingles in case there was any emergency repairs that needed to be doneI would recommend this company to anyone I was very satisfied with their work

Promised to come back next day. 3 days later came back. We have spoken with [redacted] directly before the date of the filing for this complaint in

him a check for the amount the satellite company charged and fastened the 2 bolts completely
into the roof. I had Mr. [redacted] inspect and sign off on the work I performed and he informed me
that he wanted to apologize for writing the complaint to the Revdex.com and that he would be willing
to submit a letter to ask for it to be removed. I apologized for his inconveniences and we
parted ways. About a week ago, I called Mr. [redacted] to follow up and make sure he wasn’t having
any more issues with the satellite and he informed me that he was and that he appreciated my
follow up. He also asked me to let him know where and to whom to send his letter to.
All issues have been resolved and to my knowledge Mr. [redacted] is completely happy with his new
roof now.
