On October 24, we received a voice mail saying that it was submitted to insurance
Since that date,we havemade repeated phone calls for a status update which went to voice mailOnly one phone call was returned with a promise to check on it and call us the next dayWe did not receive a call the next day and made a few more calls that went to voicemail and were never returned
