*** *** contacted Black Box LLC with a shipping issue claim. Stating there order was not complete. Upon reviewing the order with the shipper it was determined that *** *** did in-fact accept delivery and sign for the shipment as complete. Black
Box LLC did offer to spilt the cost of the missing item to which *** agreed. He was instructed to provide the credit card info from the original purchase for his refund. *** never provided his credit card info. We forgot about it since we never heard from *** via phone, text, or e-mail. We assumed the missing items turned up. Black Box LLC is happy to work with *** and *** *** to reach a fair and prompt resolution
