Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have tried to call it gets no where, I am upset because I am trying to sell that house and it won't pass an inspectionI have saved text messages from [redacted] and entire conversations on construction online where [redacted] admitted that was the fault of the electrician he hadHe also told me that was the first time he worked with him, it was a friend of another contractorWe don't even know that he was licensedThe stuff you say was like that is stuff like the 220v for the stove that was obviously done by servpro because the wire wasn't ran beforeThe septic alarm that yes you're company agreed to move is just coiled up in the attic, not even wire nuts on itAnd it is live! This is stuff all done by your workersI kno this job must of been a pain in your as but servpro agreed to do itNow you won't even take responsibility for itAll I want is for you or someone from your company to come look at what's messed up and either pay me to fix it or send someone to fix it so I can sell it and move onThat's itJust come look and see what I am complaining aboutWe paid you a lot of money you should at least do thisIt'll take minThat's it Oh send me your email info and I'll send pics, I can't attach them hereToo big Regards, [redacted]

Thank you for submitting the complaint to Servpro, which caused them to finally take action. Servpro mailed me a check for

After talking with our construction manager and the contractor hired to complete the job, I discovered that the electrician that fixed the chandelier (electrical work in the attic) noticed that other electrical connections were previously twist tied and taped together.  These items were in...

areas of the house that were not in our scope of work and therefore not addressed by the electrician.  Servpro was not paid to complete the electrical work and therefore we feel that a refund is not warranted. [redacted]Sales Manager Servpro South Austin[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:Insurance paid for reasonable service call expenses as I detailed in my statement. We maintain that the equipment placed was unnecessary based on the comment from the Servpro Technician "there is no water damage". All areas I personally observed were dry to the touch at the time of the original service call.

I am rejecting this response because:Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this is yet another delay tactic induced. As when Servpro delivered and unpacked all my household items from storage they had in their posession from August 2016 till August 2017. They are in the posession of pictures taken at the time of packing them and taking them to storage and also of while unpacking all the stuff  list of items was made which were broken with the exception of bed added to the list by the surveyor/inspector who was called as an expert on Furniture restoration from [redacted] in September 2017.The fresh set of pictures were taken at the time of delivery of all the stuff back from storage and damaged goods were listed. I am attatching the rough list that Servpro team carried around while unpacking my furniture and personal effects.I have allowed Mr. [redacted] to come and survey the damaged goods yet again on thursday. However I find the abscence of a professional apraisor of furniture which I requested in my email dated February 2nd 2018, yet delaying the whole issue of professionally approaching the subject of resolving this without causing further upheaval to our life and further delays.I fail to understand the purpose of this visit. Unless stated clearly. When I spoke to Mr. [redacted] he said he wanted to come see my furniture. I want to understand is there a question in anyone's mind that this stuff was not broken by Servpro. Then lets clear that before Servpro took my furniture to storage. [redacted] was called as an expert to qualify and determine which items were totalled due to water damage and which items needed a slight touch up in stain. I have the report forwarded by insurance from [redacted] which is again backed by proof of pictures taken at the time of water damage that all these new cracks, dents and fragmentes are doing of Servpro's manhandling of my household items. All pictures and reports prove that furniture had no damage to the workmanship only lost stain of paint  on the legs of the furniture upto three inches even the swing was exempted from that damage so Swing had no damage at all.This complaint is not about the water damage and hence restoriation paid for restaining of furniture by insurance but fresh damage to the structure of each piece cause due to mishandling my Servpro and Servpro alone.

Our prior office staff worked with Ms. [redacted] to assess the damages that occurred. They sent an estimator from a furniture repair company to her home to give us a quote on the damages back in September. The cost to fix the damages is less than $3,000. We have not heard one word from Ms. [redacted] since...

September until yesterday when she sent an e-mail to us at 6:50 p.m.  The damages are not $25,000.  We will be contacting her to resolver her issue.

After reviewing the file and the drying documentation, I believe that the amount charge was fair and reasonable.  We had three (3) air movers and one (1) dehumidifier on the property for three (3) days.  We reduced the bill by only charging for two (2) air movers and one (1) dehumidifier....

 We also sprayed and anti-microbial on the affected areas. I am confused by one issue that was brought up in the complaint - Why did the insurance company issue any compensation if it was the total was determined to be below the deductible ?

I am rejecting this response because:there was no previous work done by an electrician. Everything left undone was work by servpro, from can lights left hanging and unwired to the septic alarm left undone and live in the attic. Every 3 way switch servpro attempted to install was wired wrong and did not work. Serv pro needs to fix the issues or face legal action.
