I purchased a shirt at the Slipknot concert from there booth on Friday went to there store Sat spent another 180 found out that there shirts run small so my wife and I had to bump our sizes up. Told them I had an un opened shirt at home from the concert and they said I would have to email. Well long story short they will not let me bring that unopened shirt back to exchange it. Unfortunately I like there products but will never buy from them again. Other companies make the same type of items.

For the record we were and are more than willing to supply M with her Instagram winningsHowever we were never supplied the mailing address or the size for the free clothing that was offered on the contest, as you clearly see on the e-mails belowNo purchase was necessary for the contest and the winnings were absolutely freeSo to say we are not being compliant when we clearly are is false

Review: I purchased 3 articles of clothing over the past four months. The clothing has discolored, and is falling apart. I have emailed this company twice once on 3/21/2014 and on again on 4/3/2014 to [email protected]. They both have gone unanswered. Review: I was the winner of an Instagram contest this company had, I was supposed to receive (1) Crew Neck Sweatshirt, (2) Snap Back hats and (1) pair of leggings. I was told to email [redacted]@gmail.com with my address and sizes and they would ship the product out. I won this contest on August 30th and I have yet to receive any of my winnings, I've been in contact with different people from the store and they keep telling me to resend my address and sizes and they will ship them out immediately. I contacted them on 10/06/13 asking when I would receive my winnings, they told me that they had not forgotten about me and that they would be shipping soon. I contacted them again on 11/26/13 because I still hadn't received anything, they told me there was a missed communication and that if I sent them my address and sizes again, they would ship it out immediately. My last communication with them was on 1/31/14 5 months after I had won the contest and I still don't have any items. They are continuing doing Instagram contests for people to win their products, this is their way of promoting their business but I believe that since I won, I deserve my items or if they cannot fulfill the winnings, they don't need to continue holding these contests.Desired Settlement: I would like the items I won, fair and square or and if they cannot fulfill my order then they need to stop promoting their business on Instagram by hosting contests for people to win the products they can't deliver and I would like to receive an apology and explanation from the company as to why they keep lying to me and other customers.
