Friday May 13, 2016To Whom it May Concern,A complaint was filed by a customer of ours named *** *** *** originally came to our repair facility on November 12, with her *** *** **We had performed an antifreeze system checkIt was then we diagnosed her intake manifold
gaskets.*** *** did not do any repair work at that time, She did return on November 30, to hae the repair work doneAt that point in time, we discounted *** ***'s repairs considerably(by about $200) She had expressed that she did not have a lot of money, but she really needed to get her car repairedWe tried to accommodate *** *** to the best of our capabilities.At the title of her service, we noted to the customer that we were not sure if her car was driven while overheatedWe also let her know that her belt tensioner is going bad, she had some broker/missing bolts, and a broken wireAt no cost to the customer, we repaired the wire and the bolts.We did let *** *** know that there could be additional damage done due to the overheating of the engineShe stated that is aware of that and understands,On March 4, *** *** called and stated that the car seemed to be overheating again and she thought she smelled antifreezeWe came out to her house and towed her vehicle at no charge to her.We retested the antifreeze system, No leaks were found, We left the car under pressure testing for an hour and no leaks were detectedThe customer had over-filled her antifreeze and there was excess antifreeze around the compartmentWe cleaned under the car and around the engine compartment for *** *** again at no charge to *** ***.The same day *** *** called back informing us her car was barely runningOnce again, we made a special trip to her houseThe technician discovered a vacuum hose that was loose and became partially disconnectedHe repaired it on the spot for *** *** at no charge to her yet again.*** *** called us on March 24, complaining of the same issuesWe immediately took the car in and took a look at it*** *** had a different issueShe had a leak at the hose from the heater coreWe informed *** *** that this was a completely separate issueWe repaired the issue for her.We have not heard from *** *** since until the time of this complaintWe had called her up asking her to describe what the issue was, She was unable to tell us what was wrong with her vehicleShe let us know she had already taken it to ***So, we asked *** *** to provide the invoice, if we could see what was done, we could see if it was related to the repair of her exhaust manifold gasketsIf so, she would be covered under warrantyThe customer has refused to show us the invoice.At this time we are unable to assist *** ***, since she is unable to show what repair work she had done at another establishmentWe have accommodated *** *** to the best of Our capabilities throughout her time here with usShe has not brought her vehicle or any proof of work done outside of this repair facility.Our work is always guaranteed 100%We have been voted Favorite Shop in Lancaster County from the *** *** Reader's Choice Awards several years in a row, We have also earned a spot in the top shops from *** of Lancaster County for years in a row, Our shop is always eager to provide exceptional customer services to all of our customersThey are our I priorityOur shop is equipped with a Master Certified ASE Technician, so we can always provide quality Service.We are sad to see *** *** has been disappointedWe have tried reaching out to herWe wish her the best of luck and success in all of her future endeavors.Tony and Michelle P***Owners
