I was told the repairs that I paid for would eliminate the leaks from my vehicle
I took my car in to Serra Honda of Sylacauga to have an oil leak fixedI was told that once the oil leak was fixed, I would no longer have a problem with leaks However, once the oil leak was fixed (on 04/26/2018) I was told that I had a power steering leak I fixed the power steering leak (on 05/08/2018) and yet the leak remained (after both repairs) When I returned to have the mechanics look at the leak, I was told that I would need to replace the engine instead of "continuing to patch up leaks." I left the dealership, immediately called and spoke with ***, the general manager, and got his contact information (email) One week later I emailed my complaint to *** However, I did not receive a response from *** I called the dealership one week later to confirm his contact information I followed up with *** several times via email and I never received a response I
My experience with Serra Honda of sylacauga has been horrific I took my Honda Accord (66,000+ miles) in for warranty repair one month ago and it is still not fix in fact I have yet to see the car since I took it in It is a repair that should not have taken more than two or three days at the mostNo one will return calls or give a reasonable explaination as to why we still don't have our car I would not buy a car from Serra group or have a vihicle repair there including my dodge work truck At this point I am questioning whether I will ever get my car back and if I do what the quality of the repair will beThis is the first review I have done in my years, because I don't like to complain, but, I am at my wits endGood luck to you if you choose to deal with this company I my rating below I put not likely to recommend only because that was the lowest rating available
