Yesterday, I spoke with the gentleman who sent in a request for an estimate down in [redacted] **I do recall the request and I did call him and left a voice mail message to say that we do no service that locationHowever, he did not get the messageRegardless I apologized for the confusionWe have a sister franchise in the Richmond area that services his location so I offered to refer him to Jet-Black, but the customer had already arranged for service elsewhereThe conversation went well and he was fine with my explanationI don’t know why he did not get the voice mail, but I believe that he didn’t get itIt fell thru the cracks and was an honest errorHe said that the reason for the complaint was to notify Revdex.com that this occurred and was questioning the effectiveness of the online estimate request processI explained that it does work and is effectiveSometimes errors in communication occur and this was one of themWe completed the conversation on a positive note Thanks for letting me know that this occurredWe work hard to service our customers well Sincerely, ***

Review: I twice requested a quote for driveway seal coating using the Revdex.com website, and twice received an email stating that they would provide a quote within a few business days. However it has been over two weeks since I last requested an estimate.Desired Settlement: The Revdex.com should consider eliminating the request a quote option for this company if they will not provide a quote.
