They sell vehicles "AS IS", but they LIE TO YOU ABOUT THE CONDITION OF THE VEHICLE WHEN YOU PURCHASE IT! We used our tax return, $4,900 and bought a vehicle from them. In less than 2 weeks it was not running properly and had to be PARKED because it was unsafe to drive with my 2 toddler children. They SCREWED us, LIED to us, and put a family into a situation with NO MONEY, and NO WORKING VEHICLE, after spending NEARLY $5000 dollars!!!! They do this FREQUENTLY!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Review: I purchased a vechile from black diamond auto in February for 5000, I put down a $3500 deposit. Made my first initial payment march 14th 2016 but was told from [redacted] my first payment wasnt until April, so I skipped that month, made a payment May for $260. Made a payment June for $290, made a payment July for $260 and another for $150.00. So my warranty expires May 14th I asked about purchasing a new one I was informed yes. So fast forward to July 16, 2016 I spoke with the owner [redacted] and his sales associate [redacted] at approximately 11:48 AM. He informed me if I arrived by 1pm his maincanic can look at the car to let me know why the car is making rattling noises. So I got to the shop at 1:05pm. When I arrived it took about hr and a half before I was even seen. [redacted] informed me that the car needed to stay over the weekend so that the guy can take a look at it. He told me I needed to get a rental. I told him I couldn't really afford to do that. He said for me to get it until Monday warranty will cover it. I called the shop Monday asked if I could pick my car up, the man DON said yes. So when I arrived he told me I couldn't get my car I needed to contact black diamond auto. I walked over there spoke with [redacted] he told me no I can't have the car. I informed him I'm calling 911. He told me if I do that it will only piss [redacted] off and he's not going to give me my car. [redacted] arrives tells me I cannot have the car because its his. I told him the cops will be arriving shortly. He cussed me out. I told him I'm going to sue hum he told me he doesn't care he'll win. Finally the police arrived an instructed he return my car to me. Then [redacted] goes I'm going to repo your car because I can.Desired Settlement: I want to sue them.

Hello, we Sold the car and Include 90 days Free warranty with ASC company. After 4 monts she start having problems.She make payments on the car the one she purchase, and she's behind on her payments. she call us and saying she have problems with her job and she don't get paid and she will pay in a week, and excuses all the Time.She promises she will make payments every Wednesday till she put account up to date, we only process one payment and she again start giving us excuses and No payments. She Call us on the phone and explain she having problem and she think the noise comes from Engine and we told her to take to Mechanic the one located next to us. Mechanic found problem with Alternator and she decided to take to her Uncle and saying he will do for free everything. she only paid $40 to mechanic for finding the problem. I am rejecting this response because: the only people playing games and being stammered are black Diamond auto sales [redacted] and [redacted]. [redacted] is the sales person I originally spoke to when I first contacted them about the purchase of the vehicle. I inquired on two vehicles. Was told my vechile was used as a government car. Was never told the car has been in an auto accident. Was told everything on the car worked. Check engine light is currently on, had to replace car battery, alternator, water pump, sephertine belt, new tires. Window regulator went out now got to get that fixed an intake needs to be done on car. Over all I was sold a lemon and they know that. I would appreciate it if I was given all the money I put down as a deposit, everything I've paid already. And end our contract. This company just isn't someone I would like to do business with. They are unprofessional individuals and just plain out rude and liars. I will be requesting from the police department my copy of the police report. And lastly the car was advertised for 4300.00 at the time of purchase. What they are doing is illegal.

Review: I purchased a used BMW X5 from this dealership on 6/28/14. As we were doing the test drive I noticed suspension malfunction lights on the dash and questioned the salesperson who informed me we needed to switch out the tires as they were the wrong size for the vehicle. Vehicle was driven for quite awhile on test drive with no issues at the time. Within an hour of purchasing the vehicle I purchased new tires that fit the vehicle as I was told by the tire shop that these tires were unsafe and should have been switched out immediately. Within the next week, 11 days to be exact, we pulled into the driveway and the entire left driver's side of the car collapsed onto the rim. The vehicle was towed to my mechanic the next business day. Upon inspection they found a complete system failure that had to have been known to the dealer, along with sensors installed upside down and unplugged ABS and other safety features. This car had been intentionally messed with to try and disable the warning lights. I paid the repair fees of almost $2500 as I was told by both my mechanic and the [redacted] investigations unit I could not sell the vehicle in that unsafe condition. Within two days of getting it back again the vehicle again collapsed on the same side after pulling out of a driveway and again needed to be towed. I was told by my mechanic we would have been likely killed if these events occurred while driving on the freeway. I reported this to the dealership on three different occasions and left two plus messages for the owner, who was conveniently never there. I asked them to take the car back as I could not afford the repairs. So far I am out almost $2700 plus the $1200 for the cost of rims/tires that fit.Desired Settlement: I have since sold the car for a considerable loss and am I am only asking them to at least acknowledge the problem and attempt to help us with these staggering costs but have received no return calls or messages and once they recognized my phone numbers they ignored my phone calls completely. I have a mechanic statement and will be pursuing this in Court if no resolution is reached. This is a safety issue that could have cost us our life and I am disgusted these people won't even work with us.

They decide to buy it.We ask her if she like to purchase warranty and she told us she don't need that. by the law we offer her Contract cancellation option Agreement $350 its 2 days or 250 miles and she decline to buy this option. She told us she have friends mechanics. We sell all our cars As Is. She sign 3 forms shes buying As Is Car and there is no Warranty and she Understand that. After few weeks we got phone call she have some problem and she wane return the car and get her Money back, we explain her we can help her to fix the problem and she hang up on us. few days later she called and talk with one of our sales people and told she will do complain. From beginning we told her you buying used vehicle and we not providing warranty. We explain her we selling used cars not new cars and the car she bought 10 years old and had over 155300 Miles. She scream and didn't wane deal with us and act very rude and mean and ask for money after all what we register the car. I think that's not right to do complain when some one about to help you. What we think they did something and they try to return the SUV for full refund.The Car didn't have no problems, if the suv have problems Why you buying? and she told us she had to many cars... we told her all sales final and we have everywhere say AS IS. Review: On June 27 2014 I purchased a Isuzu axiom 2002 from Black Diamond Auto Sales located at [redacted]. I put $2100 down. Well a out 3 days later I notice that the car was driving sluggish' like the transmission is bad. I called Black Diamond and their response was' well you bought the car as it and didn't get a warranty' I'm not sure what we can do. I was told to bring the car in and the manager would look at it. I was on my way to bring the car in and within 5mins. The check trans, the check engine and oil temp light came on. I made it to Black Diamond and the manager looked at the car, he drove the car for about 10 seconds and say I don't see any lights coming on. I had him check to check to see if I had enough transmission fuel in the car but couldn't find where the dip stick was on the car, so I wall off and told the salesman' who sold me this call to refer me to [redacted] the mechinic. I called [redacted] the mechanic and he could look at the car for several days. I called Black Diamond auto sales again and the referred me to go transmission for a diagnosic test. So I had the call tolled to go transmission and a few days later the guy told me that I need a transmission cable shifter. I called all the [redacted], all the recycling companies, here in rancho Cordova, Sacramento, Nevada, San jose. I checked [redacted] all the dealers here and out of town and I was told there's a nationwide backlog on that part and no clue when it will be available. So the guy at go transmission told me he can find the part come get the car back heddon't know what to do. I ask him do he think I can drive the car under I can maybe one day get the part, he said I really need that part it can breakdown. He told me someone had zip tied the transmission cable shifter before he could probably do that be he's not sure how that's going to work. Black Diamond Auto sold me a lemon. I'm really stress because I had just returned to work after taking care of spoDesired Settlement: My spouse had two strokes and I just returned back to work from taking care of him. We've been without a car for a year. The $2100 is all we had, we could not afford the warranty the sales said its a waste of money in my oppoioun you pay about $600 for it. I just want a reliable car my grandkids live with me, I can't drive that car even to work,. It don't even go into park and when I try to take off it hesitate the it pick up speed. I'm not a rich person, I can't afford to get another car.

We told her we still wane help her and we give good mechanic location in west Sacramento "Go Transmission" and we Told we will pay mechanical Bill and Diagnostically bill, the only think she will need to buy provide Cable Transmission and we believe its run around $30 at Elk Grove dealer and will pay for Installation. they keep the car at shop in west Sacramento for 2 weeks and after all they took the car. We pay the Storage fees and after all we become bad people. I think that's not right to do complain after all what we did.
