Black Diamond Flooring

Prepaid $1,267.88 on 8/13/21 for flooring that I was told would be available to pick up in two weeks. Repeatedly called, texted and visited closed business during working hours. Had to wait weeks for response to texts and voicemails only to get excuses - no status updates or tracking numbers offered. Repeatedly texted and left Voicemails requesting my money back. Still waiting.

I ordered flooring on 3/18/20 and paid a 50% deposit of $5,031.21 after waiting for installation for nearly a month I requested to cancel the order and receive a full refund of my deposit. Today is 4/20/20 and still no refund and the company does not return phone calls.
