First off in plain English it states that if a run can not begin or completed due to mechanical difficulty no refunds Which if it won't start that's a mechanical difficulty Many people can't comprehend this She also won a judgement against black diamond limo in court Not black diamond limousine llc Which my lawyer stated tgatvis legally not our company She also neglected to tell you that this had happened over years agoIn the beginning I stated I would work out a deal with fixing one if her cars and she never called meSo at this point she is on her own And yes it does state that the person holds us harmless from people being under age and for their legal actions she needs to read and COMPREHEAND the contract because obviously she's not doing so

Black Diamond Limousine accepted $for hours of limo service, which they did not provide. The reason given was that the limo would not start. Owner states that contract reads he is not responsible for mechanical difficulties; however, contract reads "I hold harmless" - this does not mean if he doesn't show up he does not have to refund my money. He states further that contract reads no refunds; however, this does not mean if he doesn't provide the service he does not have to refund my money.BDL did not provide the service that I paid $for, and I am due a full refund. I have a contract, witness statements, and a court judgment in my favor. A legitimate and fair company under these circumstances, would provide a refund. A company cannot accept money and then not provide the service, and expect to keep the money
