This is [redacted] and I am terribly sorry that you are unhappy with your carpet and my judgement call as to the carpet you had selected before being too thick.
I would be more than happy to replace your carpet and we have 12/18 available for install if that works for you.

need you to call me to let me know the original color you selected. I know the name was Chesterfield but I'm just not sure of the color. Please call me at your earliest convenience, so that we can disguss this further.
I just need to add that if the metal door does not shut properly after we install, you would need to have someone adjust it for you. We are unable to fix metal doors.

  To Whom It May Concern:According to the person I spoke to from National Carpet Company, against which I originally placed this complaint, it was closed.  Unfortunately, I was severely incapacitated by illness, and hospitalized for a very long time, so I was unable to respond to email the Boston Revdex.com had sent to me.  This was unfortunate but inevitable.  When I was finally well enough to speak to [redacted] by telephone from the hospital, she asked me to write to you even though you closed the complaint and I agreed because I was unaware of the email you had sent to me during that time, and I hold her in esteemed regard.  I do regret the delay caused by my unexpected illness, and the extended time it took for me to get home where I have access to my computer.I do appreciate talking with [redacted] over the telephone once I was able to, and her telling me about the emails you sent.  And even as I am very thankful for [redacted]'s well wishes, and for those of the people I hold in high regard at the carpet company, I remain less than happy with the outcome of her choice of the carpet that was installed in my apartment.  The National Carpet Company and its employees, specially [redacted] and [redacted] can be exceptional!!  But I chose a specific carpet and padding and she chose to install a totally different carpet and padding based on an assumption that my doors would not open/close with the carpet I chose.  If she had sent me a sample or measured to determine this, instead of assuming so, and found this to be true, then it would have been MY decision to change the carpet. That, as I explained, did not happen.As it stands now, and as a result of my last conversation with [redacted], she refunded the price of the carpet and padding.  I appreciate this very much!  But, I do not feel confident at this time about replacing this carpet for the one I prefer there.  However, I remain hopeful that this opportunity will present itself in the future.  The National Carpet Company did not let me down the first time they installed carpet in my home some twenty years ago, and I care very much about the employees, and their personal touch is very special; otherwise, I would not have returned there.  I believe our future endeavors will prove to be very worthwhile, and I do look forward to that, and seeing [redacted] and [redacted] again.Thank you for your time and consideration.

I am happy to hear you are out of the hospital and I am hoping you are doing better. I want to make you aware that the last voicemail that I received from you was on 4/25/16 and [redacted] wrote me a note that you had called that day and stated that you were in the hospital and you...

wanted your new carpet installed as soon as you get out. I was under the impression you would call me but I have not gotten any voicemails to my personal voicemail or to my personal cell number that I had given you.
As you are aware, I had made the offer to replace your carpet free of charge and even told you that you could donate the carpet that you dislike to a friend if you'd like. I am sorry for any misunderstandings or if I had missed a call or message that I was unaware of.
Please call me at your earliset convenience so that we can settle this for you. I know you have been very ill and I certainly do not wish to upset you. I am willing to refund your money for the carpet and padding if that is what you choose. If you choose to move forward with the original carpet and padding that you selected, then we just cannot be responsible for your metal entry door. Because it is a private building, I am sure they have people who could assit you with that.
I can be reached at [redacted] today till 4 and I am working tomorrow and Thursday from 12-8. I have also left you a voicemail today at one of your numbers but your voicemail was full on the other number I have on file.
