In response to the complaint from *** *** ***s I reviewed the facts according to our documentation I researched to find the facts in this situation*** *** father was a home builder and he built his first house and had an outdoor light installed on the propertyHe later sold that
house to *** *** ***He then started building a house that his son, *** *** *** now lives inHe requested that outdoor light to be billed to this addressThe billing office continued to bill *** *** for an ODL thinking the work order was for the new ODL and started to bill this address for the same light*** *** *** *** later moved into this houseWe itemize all charges on our Electric billsA customer can review and question any fees he has a concern about and shouldI feel *** *** *** *** *** *re due some kind of an adjustment as they both enjoyed the outdoor light all those years, maybe an easy way to solve this situation would be to provide them an outdoor light for the next five years free to be shared by bothIf I can be of any further assistance, please feel free to contact meYours Sincerely, *** *** Manager, Black Diamond Power Company

In response to this complaint we are sending you a print out of this customer's history. This customer has stated that we have not worked with him. As you can see by his payment history this in fact is not true. When he came in he would say that he would be back on a certain day to pay the amount...

owed for that month, but he never showed up. I kept telling him that he needed to get caught up, and that it was very hard to keep his power on. He told me that he was expecting a bonus from work and that it would be large enough to get caught up by May 5, 2017, but he never came in. We sent him a termination notice for the amount passed due and we informed him he has to pay at least half of the balance to keep him on, so in turn he called the Revdex.com, but he still has not made any effort to pay anything. He now owes $1,846.51 and he has to make some arrangement to pay and keep his power on. I will work with him on a payment arrangement, but he has to keep his word and pay according to the agreement. We were in the winter months, and Public Service has rules of termination that we abide with and we try to follow strictly. Mr. [redacted]s never paid the bill in full for each month except for the first month of his service.
