Workers showed up Friday to sawcut oil soaked sections of driveway . They told me they would return to finish the job by end of day Friday. They never showed up. I will give them to end of day On Monday to complete job .If the job is not completed by Monday I will call company  to ask why job is not complete.

Review: I had Blackdiamond Sealcoating Reseal my driveway in JUNE . I told them when I called And emailed that THERE WAS an issue with the parking area for the tenants. The area was to be sawcut patched and resealed due to MOTOR OIL that leaked from the tenants old car which has been replaced. The last time that this company resealed my driveway they did the sawcut, patch and reseal.This time the SAWCUT , PATCH and Reseal was never written into the contract. THEY just resealed the oil area and within 2 days the area where the oil was flaking and peeling they claimed they primed that area before resealing. I called them to state that the area was flaking. THEY showed up a week later and I explained THAT I requested A sawcut ,patch and reseal when I called for a estimate. the foreman said to call the office to schedule a new appointment. the FOREMAN EVEN TOLD ONE OF the workers to mark down the info which was to sawcut, patch and reseal the area affected by the oil. They even scraped the sealer off and then left. the new cost for the patch repair was 750.00 . Icalled to setup a new appointment which was the LAST FRIDAY IN JUNE THEY NEVER SHOWED UP AND NO ONE EVEN CALLED TO RESCHDULE. SINCE THEN I HAVE CALLED 4 TIMES AND NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK YET. NO PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE AS OF YET. I JUST WANT THEM TO CALL AND RESCHEDULE SO THIS PROJECT CAN BE DONE THE PROPER WAY I have used this company before with no problems. Thank you for your assistance.Desired Settlement: just want the company to come back to SAWCUT , PATCH AND RESEAL THE OIL AFFECTED AREA WHERE THE TENANTS PARK. Acallback from BlackDiamond explaining why they keep blowing me off is mandatory.
