I have an account with this company, I had made arrangements for my account for Sept 9th, because some extra bills came up, I made a good faith payment with this company, and had spoke with their collections agency, and the branch to make the full payment arrangement for my following payroll, I had asked many times, is this payment for Sept 23rd, going to come out of my account, because if it is I will just leave the money in, instead of paying you cashI was told nope, just come in and pay cash, so I didnow when reviewing my bank account days after the fact, they did in fact take the payment from my account, plus I had already paid cash, they are now double paid, and withholding my money, they are waiting for reporting from their head office to say when I can get my $returned to meIve went in with banking proof, pages of banking show the payment cleared, also they had spoke with my bank twice who has confirmed that infact the payment as cleared from Cash youI am now wai
