We had an agreement that my contract would be canceled and, you promised to issue me a check in the amount of $1,100.00 within ten days of 08-08-14. To date I have not received the check. Also, I telephoned your office at ###-###-####, at least ten times with no response from you are [redacted]. In addition, [redacted] has sent you several text messages and telephone calls on my behalf and you have not responded to her either. Since you issued me a refund off $595.00 on August 4 2014 that you debited from my account in error, but you have refused to issue me a check in the amount of $1,100.00 that you owe me.
