The delivery was set up between the customer and the driverHe agreed to meet him and had no problem with itThe boat specs were provide by the customerI was told they were accurateThat the person he bought the boat from provided them and another trailer company also said they were correct
The problems were addressed and we were in the process of having the the axles moved (at our expense)We built the trailer we had the specs forAfter going back and forth he stated he wanted a refundI made the arrangements to get the trailer picked up and refund his trailer paymentAgain we built the trailer we had the specs forI tried to accommodate him but some people you cant winI apologized many timesNow he cant use our trailer as a template and have a new trailer built with the correct measurements.?
