I purchased mutilple products from Smart Buy and many of them didnt workI have been trying to get my money back or the appliances fixed for months without resolutionI have made multiple calls and attempts to come to a resolution and was hung up on during our last conversationPaul(the owner) has been unwilling to work with me and in my opinion has almost 2k of my money and I have 2K of junk that doesnt workPlease beware of this vendor In my opinion he doesnt work under ethical practice guidelinesI will update this review as my situation is resolved one way or another

This was the best experience I have had buying appliances for my rental homesThe prices were the lowest I could find in town They have a huge warehouse with thousands of pieces, I haven't seen anything like this in Las Vegas before

After shopping for weeks for a new refrigerator, I came across Smart Buy Appliance Outlet and saw how great their prices were compared to the big shops. They treated me well and I am very happy with my purchase. I would recommend them

I have made multiple calls and attempts to come to a resolution and was hung up on during our last conversation.. Paul(the owner) has been unwilling to work with me and in my opinion has almost 2k of my money and I have 2K of junk that doesnt work.. Please beware of this vendor ..
