Black Forest Hardwood Floors

Recently we had our dishwasher leak, and ruin about 50% of our hardwood flooring on the main floor of our house. Black Forest was one of two companies that was recommended to us to handle the job. They were recommended by the company doing the mitigation work, [redacted]. Our experience with Black Forest has been nothing but the best. They were very professional from the get go. Steve had a quote worked up within a day or two after being put in the loop (the other company took about 2 weeks). The job consisted of replacing the hardwood that was torn out due to the damage, sanding and refinishing the existing hardwoods that were not damaged, and making sure it all matched up. We were out of the house for 5 days during all the work, and were cautiously optimistic about the results. Needless to say my wife and I were blown away with how great they look! They did a tremendous job with everything, and it looks much better than before the damage. Not only that, after I scuffed up the floor moving the fridge, like an it!, Steve was out here the next day to make sure it got taken care of.
Their customer service was great and they were always very responsive, even when I was not the best to deal with (my wife says I can be impatient!). And the floors look outstanding. Thanks from both my wife and I for the outstanding experience, and great looking new floors! Also, our house cleaner mentioned that she has cleaned a few house where black forest did the work, and it is always the best work she sees done. And she is very impressed with how little dust there is, and how well they clean up! Thanks again!

The floors in the home I purchased were well worn, and very old looking. When I called Black Forest, he came out within a few days to look at the floors and work up an estimate. I had an email from him right away with the estimate and explanation of all the work. I called and set up a date to refinish the floors. I hadn't moved in yet, and would have had to drive three hours to let them in to do their work. I left the key for them, and they came in, did a beautiful job, left the rooms spotless.
I was so happy working with Black Forest. Being new to the area and not knowing where to start, I felt so comfortable dealing with the people at Black Forest. The day they came out to see the floors for the first time, he arrived on time, checked out the floors, visiting with me and making me feel very comfortable the whole time. He answered any questions I had, telling me to call if I had more. I felt very good, leaving my key with him. When I returned a week later to move in, the floors were beautiful!!! I just love them!! Everyone thinks I had new floors put down. I want to put wood floors in another room and will call Black Forest Hardwood Floors. I feel they did an excellent job, very good about working around my moving schedule, and having it all perfect when I arrived.
