I am rejecting this response because:Timelines aside, you agreed to a project that you admittedly could not fulfill and took my money anyway I was very clear from the beginning what I wanted and provided many examples when we met I want to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else You should never agree to something you can't deliver to a client

The Client had day which was extended to the end of July to respond with red lines of what changes needed to be madeLast meeting was May 23rd 2016Last Email Communication was June 2nd Were client stated she could not get back with changes until JulyFinally heard back February 9th 2017, to redesign project Contact States: "*Concept plans (incomplete plans; plants not labeled, details yet to be determined) will be released for redlines for 75% of Design FeeClients will have days to submit red lines for changesAfter days the remaining contract will be void and work will be completed on an hourly bases."

I met with [redacted] several times last spring. Our initial Meeting was on 4-13-16 to talk about the design and my services4-27-16 Was a second meeting to review the contract and the design ideas again and get the Signed Contract.5-4-16 I measured the yard and talked about additional design...

Ideas5-27-16 was the Presentation of the Design ConceptAfter this we talked on the phone about time Frame and Changes, and that I would give her until the end of July 2016, (Beyond the 30 day Revision period.) Contract is attached:Total Design Fee of $1000 ($400 for measuring and drafting of the base plan, $700 for the Design, and $100 discount)Contract clearly states that there is a 30 Day Revision Policy. Please see page 2 "REVISIONS" and Page 3 "*Concept plans" I was not fully paid for the contract. Only Collected for the measuring and Drafting of the Base Plan and the Concept DesignAs far as Payments I Received 4-19-16 $150 Consultation Fee (that was applied to the $400 Measuring and Drafting section of the contract upon signing the contract.)4-27-16 $250 Upon Signing the Contract and collecting the remaining balance of the measuring and Drafting5-23-16 $400 Upon Presentation and acceptance of the Concept Plan. Leaving a $200 remaining balance for the completion of the design. I have attached the Design as it was presented and some Images of [redacted] for your review (Pictures are from the internet as none were supplied by [redacted]),Every effort was made to match her design needs with the land and space she had to work with. I  went as far as creating a 3-d Model in [redacted] (as shown in the images on the plan) to help illustrate the design concept that was not included or mentioned on the contract.
