I am rejecting this response because:
the business's statement that they called the GM was inaccurateThe day I went to return the wig sales associate claimed he was the manager, and a sales associate that was helping me the day before fixed the packaging for me so that I could return it. It was clear that the wig was not worn. The sales associate that was claiming to be the manager told me I had to return another day to see if the GM was willing to do an exchange for meI returned Tuesday to be informed by another so called manager that the GM does not come to the store on Sundays or TuesdaysWhen I asked if she would call the GM to get the approval she told me "No I'm not going to bother him on his day off"What kind of service is that? No foul words were used, I did inform them that I would no longer do business with them since they clearly do not respect their customersYes I was annoyed because I was not informed that it was a final sale at the time of purchaseIf I was given that information I would not have purchased the wig in the first placeI did send a picture of the wig to my mother but did not get a responseOnce again if I had known that I would not be able to return or exchange the wig I would have never bought it
