Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 17, 2015/09/01) */ In response to [redacted] complaint submission, we at Black Friday Outlet strive to give our customers the best customer service and make sure they are happy with our products and servicesat Black Friday Outlet we offer an in house day warrantywe always tell out customers after the days we are no longer responsible for repairs and the merchandise is handed over to the extended warranty the customer purchasesWe offered MrParks a store credit of $initially and the customer refused the offerLater, Mr [redacted] came into our store asking for a refund of $and didn't disclose at first he was fully refunded by Samsunghe sat down with one of our employees and confessed he was here to get his refund from us and told the employee he was refunded money from Samsungsince Mr [redacted] was refunded from Samsung we no longer were obligated to refund him the moneySamsung was called and they confirmed he was fully refunded for his refrigerator unit

Thank you for contacting us regarding the issue with Mr [redacted] [redacted] made a purchase with "Fieon Digital" now known as Black Friday Home Outlet We understand the issue Mr [redacted] is facing is disappointing, Black Friday Home Outlet followed up and took action so that the unit the customer purchased gets repaired Please note that at this point Mr [redacted] does not fall under the dealer's warranty When the purchase was made Mr [redacted] was informed that the store covers items for days, any other additional coverage (if purchased) would go through a third party extended service provider This has been explained on various occasions to Mr [redacted] In order to provide good customer service Black Friday Home Outlet has contacted "Repair Master" in order to speed up the process but again this does not fall under Black Friday Home Outlet service We will continue to help Mr [redacted] by aiding him should he need further assistance

In response to *** ***'s complaint submission, here at Black Friday Outlet we are committed to serving our customers and making sure every customer is taken care of with a quick response and fairly compensated for their troublewe offered
*** *** many options to rectify the situationhowever, he refused any of our solutions givenAs courtesy we gave the customer the following choices: 30% credit in our store with a free year warranty we offered to pick up the unit and fix the unit for him for freeUnfortunately, He refused the offerwhen we sell a product we tell the customer we have an in house day warrantythe customer bought an extended warranty with the former extended warranty company we used to offerthe customer was told when the day warranty is over the extended warranty takes care of his refrigeratorthe customer came to us and asking for a refund when the extended warranty would not fix his unitSamsung was called on our end and they told us the customer called them and Samsung came out to fix the unitSamsung said the unit was fixed and there was no further issues with the unithowever, the customer still wanted us to give him a refundso in conclusion, we did everything on our end possible to make the customer happy

I was offered a 30% refund which I excepted however they then came back and stated that they would require me to return the refrigerator this is after they had already agreed over the phone glad that the refrigerator would not have to be returnedI was never offered to have the refrigerator pics picked up and fixed that is a lieAfter dealing with this company I contacted Samsung however after they had attempted to fix the refrigerator it remains broken due to the fact that the original Samsung warranty only covered the compressor which is not the only issue with this refrigeratorMany times now Mr*** *** has attempted to manipulate the situation in order to not have to deal with this, I have multiple times contacted them without them contacting me back and apparently A verbal contract on the phone holds no standing value with this company I had set a date to go and sign what they referred to as a non-disclosure agreement in order to settle with them this issueThe fact that I would not participate in a lawsuit against the consumer priority service warranty company denied me the option of settling with the Black Friday outlet CompanyI was only given one option in regards to settling this, originally they offered me a 30% refund that would go towards fixing the refrigerator which means I would not have to return the refrigeratorThen after having agreed to settle with the consumer priority service under Mr*** instruction and along with his agreement of a 30% refund he then changed his agreement to only a 30% refund if I returned the refrigerator and I will repeat I was never given the option to have the refrigerator picked up and fixed otherwise I would have a working refrigerator right now which I still do notIt is now two months later and no longer is the Black Friday outlet company contacting me nor have they in over a month and still I am trying to figure out how to obtain a working refrigerator.if they would like to pick up the refrigerator and give me a 50% refund I would except that just to be done with this company

At Black Friday Outlet we take care of our customers the first daysAfter the days we register our refrigerators with our warranty company we have a contract with called new leafAt this point New leaf is taking care of Ms *** *** and
has gone out to her houseIf any refund is to be given, New leaf is the one to disperse that if they deem the refrigerator un-repairable

warranty. we always tell out customers after the 90 days we are no longer responsible for repairs and the merchandise is handed over to the extended warranty the customer purchases. We offered Mr. Parks a store credit of $900.00 initially and the customer refused the offer. Later, Mr. [redacted] came into our store asking for a refund of $900.00 and didn't disclose at first he was fully refunded by Samsung. he sat down with one of our employees and confessed he was here to get his refund from us and told the employee he was refunded money from Samsung. since Mr. [redacted] was refunded from Samsung we no longer were obligated to refund him the money. Samsung was called and they confirmed he was fully refunded for his refrigerator unit
