In regards to the old dishwasher, Yes I forgot to pick it up and remove it. I have no problem paying him the $30.00 dollars that he paid to have it removed. I also found out that [redacted] gave him a break on the new installation instead of the $150.00 dollar fee they only charge him $ 75.00 for all the trouble of the damage unit.He forget to mention that all the work I did for him I got done before they returned to Michigan City, By me getting this done they were going to stay in a Hotel because the work was going to start when they got back. so I saved them at least $ 100.00 by not having to spend the night in the hotel. The only thing I had to do was to install the dishwasher once they returned. It was not on the job site at that time. I also arranged to have a furnace company come out and service the furnace before they returned so everything in the house would be up and running for them. I have been in the Plumbing Business for over 40 years
Every time he sent me an email he also had to send the email to the Real Estate office and to the realtor. This is very childish of him. As a company we do not warranty any material that the home owner purchased. We only warranty the installation part which in my case would be the Plumbing hook up.

He clearly installed a defective machine that should have been returned and not installed. Trying to compensate by convincing me he would return with someone to move the cabinets which was not necessary. Machine was clearly bowed at the bottom. I paid $180.00 for this installation. And yes [redacted] gave me a break on the new installation, feeling I was taken advantage of by [redacted].
I did state his other work was completed as requested. And I only informed The Realtor who recommended him because he would not respond to my calls or email.
