I'm disappointed with this site, they make their money on shipping not selling hairI ordered several times from them and used their expedited shipping and paid $and upwards for shipping and received my items quickly, when used I used their Fed Ex smart shipping it takes days for your package to arrive from NJ and I live In FL, I could've drove to NJ in less time and picked up the packageNot to mention the picture of the item was misleading as it looked nothing like the actual product once receivedI will never order from this company again

This site used to be very quick in regards to shipping, but now not anymoreI don't know how long this company has used FedEx SmartPost, but it completely sucksMy order shipped Octit is now November 11...It seriously would've been quicker to strap my wig to a mule and send it from NJ to NC than use SmartPostAfter a couple of days I was finally able to locate my package but I have to go to the post office tomorrow since it's apparently been chilling there for the last couple of days..(the tracking is way off) I pay for shipping and handling, granted it's a basic fee, however, I still don't want crappy serviceThis whole experience wasn't worth the money I paid at allThis will be the last time I use this sightGood prices and wigs just not worth the hassle

I havent received anymore information on my order after my invoice I tried contactig the business but no responses I payed for flat rate shipping which is 3-business days so I need my product before the end of June

just last month I purchased an item on the 15th of January 2oits now 3rd of Feb Ive tracked down my package however the last time I checked fedex dropped it off on the 20th of Jan 2014, received by mail centreTill then that's all that the information has given meI don't know where or when is my package going to get to meNow the problem is....I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT BLACK HAIR SPRAY NUMEROUS TIMEStried emailing them (didn't work) tried calling them ( didn't work either) tried the LIVE CHAT (that didn't work either)Ive written to them times (still no reply) NOW FOR AN INTERNATIONAL BUYER THIS IS REALLY UNACCEPTABLE ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU PAID ALOT FOR THE SHIPPING!!!

Customer had e-mailed us on March 12th in regards to her order received on March 12th stating that she had received the incorrect productsWe responded on March 14th due to the fact that we are close over the weekendWe asked customer to send us images of the items received as well
as the tags on the wigs so that we could have an investigation open with our warehouse right away, so that we could resolve the issue as soon as possibleCustomer never send in the images or contacted us backAfter reviewing the the complain if appears the color description given by customer matches the colors on the item on the orderHowever, we can not be for sure due to the fact that we need the images to review themWe explain to customer that we needed the image because since February 28th, all sales have been finalIf any additional information is needed from us please feel free to contact us back we will be happy to provide with any additional information.

Just Dissapointed

I ordered a wig from Black Hairspray and the wig that I received was poorly made. I know that Black Hairspray didn't make the wig, but these wig sellers should make sure they aren't getting defective merchandise from their manufacturers! Then the customers have a difficult time trying return a defective product. They don't want to take it back because they know that it's worthless, and then trying to make the customers spend more money just to return something that will eventually go in the trash or fire pile. The wig that I got Is made by the It's A Wig company, everything that I have ordered in the last 4 or 5 months made by this company have been nothing by a piece of garbage! I posted on their page on Instagram at these same problems. Someone claimed that they was looking into this matter for me, to get me another wig, but I guess he just not a man of his words! I contacted him through email, about the problems with the wig and he was going to get it straighten out with Black Hairspray, but Black Hairspray (according to him) said that I have never order from them, I'm like wow, what liars! I gave him my order number and all of the information that he asked for, but nothing have been done! People need to realize you will not get over on people and get away with it. That's just flat out being a con artist and purposely stealing form people.

I have bought several wigs off this site. Love them!!! The shipping can be slow but give yourself at least a two week time frame for your stuff and you will be alright!!!

Not to mention the picture of the item was misleading as it looked nothing like the actual product once received. I will never order from this company again.

My recieve states from black hairspray  return can be made within 30 days not that order can not be return against the law. there is also cerdit card law and lemon law. I gave Tags and phtos of the wigs without a reply from Black hairspray all I want is my money back" IT IS THE LAW" look how long it  took them to reply to Revdex.com

Could not scan sales receipt showin return within 30 dayswith rma which black hair can only give.
the wigs are not good at all should not be sold to anyone place look closly to the colors of both

I just purchased a wig from blackhairspray. On Dec the 7th my purchase was shipped out.I received my purchase on DEC 18th..I used FedEx tracking system and kept up with when my package would arrive.I was told my package would arrive on dec15th but it did not..then when I check FedEx tracking system it said I would get it on the 18th of DEC..not sure why the arrival date changed but it did..but I finally received my package and was super excited until I tried it on and seen that its to small for my head..its a very small wig and the size is not listed when you order it...I will literary have to cut my hair in order for the wig to fit properly..also the color of the wig is much lighter and has less hair than I viewed before....

They look for any reason not to return there wigs my return took 2weeks an I had to keep calling they never answer the phone in the returns department an once I talk to someone they didn't return my wig because they said a piece of cardbroad was missing there a scam !

I ordered from this company on Saturday 4/12 and on Monday 4/14 the item was on sale. I asked customer service if I could have a price adjustment and I was told no because it already shipped. I think that is the worst customer service policy ever! Beware of this company because they have random sales and will not adjust a price even if you haven't received the item yet.
