It is a bogus complaint and if it isn't dissolved I will then have my attorney respondThe work was done in May of The yard had little to no grass before we started the jobThe yard now has much more grass than beforeI explained to her that it would take more than new top soil, seed and straw to make her yard look like her neighborsThe grass was started and nothing was done after thatThe work she hired me to do was completed and there was nothing wrong with the jobShe was happy with the work and now over a year and a half later she is filing a complaint because she isn't happy with the way her yard looks(Nothing else has been done to her yard like I told her needed to be done) Another issue she raised about wanting her money back (that will never happen) 1,dollars was not for the reseeding of her yard1,dollars was also including:Weeding her beds.Applying preen to the beds.Adding bushes Mulching the entire house(front and back)Removing banana trees EtcLike I said, this complaint has no basis and I hope you will agree so neither of us have to deal with it any longerThank you for your time, [redacted]

[redacted] did indeed inform me he would be back to reseed my yard.  He said he had trouble with the straw net is used and was contacting his supplier.  I told him getting his money from the supplier was not my business but my yard was.  He assured me he would return and never did.  I tried to keep in touch with him many times through phone and emailsl to no avail.   He is lying to you about this being bogus.  I assure you he said he would be back to make the job good and I waited and waited. He can have his attorney contact me anytime.  I know what he did and what he did not do.
