We acknowledge the complaint that Mr [redacted] has brought to your attentionAs a part of being in our team program inregards to tuition we encompass more than just work outWe have a celebration ceremony to bring both the girls andthe boys programs together in celebrating victories and successesWe are extremely committed to giving every childmore than just a gymnastics experience as it states in our mission statementBlack Hills Gymnastics "Teaching Life Skillsthrough the Sport of Gymnastics."Building a sense of team is part of what we provide as a service in regards to all departments in our gymThecelebration ceremony provides a way for every child to feel honored and recognized for their part of this team, whethera girl or a boyBeing a private business we have the right to provide services how we see will accommodate our goals toour patrons.It was made obvious with Mr [redacted] response he did not agree, so we refunded his money owed from our company andparted ways.I am not actually sure what else Mr [redacted] would like us to doWe have refunded the [redacted] Family $This refundwas for the following:$- for the 2015-Equipment Fee$- Refunded for the 2015-Registration Fee for the Tumbling Tots Preschool$- Credit on their account$- Refund for prorated June tuitionYou will see the attached receipts that we have actually purchased team equipmentIt is our policy that we purchaseteam equipment every yearWe do not feel that we have to have our books open for parents to view.In reference to the End of the Year Celebration that we conducted on May 26th We sent out an email to all the teamparents letting them know that we were holding this celebration on May 19that 3:pm (See attached)We spentapproximately one hour announcing to everyone how all of our team gymnasts did over the competitive season andabout minutes for the children and parents to have refreshmentsThey immediately went to work out afterwards.I feel that we have been more than fair to this family and we understand that they are not happy with our decision toask them to leaveWe have met with the families of our teams since this complaint and no one was upset that we tookthis small amount of time to recognize our teams Sincerely, Alisa M [redacted] CEO Black Hills Gymnastics

It is our policy that we purchaseteam equipment every year.
