Consider? Are you serious? No, I need to know that I will be compensated for the damages from the accident (Which [redacted] assumed FULL RESPONSIBILITY) and following botched repairs. My next question is why Black Horse Pike Auto Body can not do anything with out [redacted] ? Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:Yes I met with both the [redacted] representative Christopher M[redacted] and I met with shop manager (name I have forgotten). I am not sure why he fails to mention this fact in the response letter (HE RETURNED TO OUR SHOP AND MET WITH THE [redacted] INSURANCE REPRESENTATIVE .). In the letter response it reads "HE WAS COMPLAINING ABOUT THE GAPS ON HIS DOOR [redacted] INFORMED HIM THAT THE REPAIR MET ALL STANDARDS AFTER COMPARING IT TO ANOTHER VEHICLE" I had more complaints then just that. Yes, they compared my truck with a vehicle in the back lot that was there for repair. So if [redacted] "Standards" are based on other vehicles that have been in accidents then their bench mark is set way too low in my opinion. Both Christopher M[redacted] and the Black Horse Auto Manager both told me that if I were to go to any [redacted] dealership I would not find any seams that would match up. To me this sounds like they were trying to back out of fixing my truck properly. Just to be fair I went down to [redacted] located at  [redacted]. Every truck and car that I checked had nice straight seems between all the panels. I even talked to a representative of [redacted], the gentleman just laughed and said that the trucks are put together by robots and are checked with lasers and infrared cameras. [redacted] has strict tolerances in their vehicles.[redacted]"It was also fascinating and mesmerizing.  Naturally, using robots on a production line is old hat in the automotive industry where the need for ever greater efficiency and tighter tolerances demand robotic automation.""Quality control is another aspect of production that is now assisted by automation.  Once the truck cabs have been welded by the robot production line, they are inspected in the above enclosure by a set of robotic infrared cameras and lasers.  This process ensures that every weld is within [redacted] tolerances before allowing a truck cab to continue down the assembly line."Source: http://www.truckcampermagazine.com/factory-tour/factory-tour-**-flint-truck-asse... I said, I spoke of more then just the panel seems. Again I am not sure why this also was not mentioned on the response letter. I had also mentioned,1. The rattle in the door.2. The top corner of the door bent to far in.     a. The same door I pointed out the day I picked up my truck because the door corner was sticking out. They obviously rushed the truck in and quickly hammered the corner in,  and too far this time.3. The bottom of the door sticks out.4. If you put a straight edge on the door, the door comes out at an angle.5. The floor molding inside the door frame does not sit flat as it should (compared to the passenger side). They did work there as well.6. The spot on the door. It looks like a spot weld but I was informed that there was no spot welding done. What ever it is, I still have a physical spot in the paint.7. The door does not close like it used to. Almost like it is not properly balanced. Before the crash I could gently pull and the door would close completely and securely. Now, I pull on the door and get the door physically close but is not secure and I get a "Door Open" bell and light on the dashboard display. The response letter also reads:" AT THIS TIME.[redacted] WAS CONCERNED THAT HE WOULD HAVE A PROBLEM WHEN HE TURNED IN THE VEHICLE AT THE END OF HIS LEASE. [redacted] OFFERED TO GIVE HIM A LETTER STSATING THAT THEY WOULD STAND BEHIND THE REPAIR IF THERE WERE ANY ISSUES . [redacted] REFUSED IT."Yes, I am very concerned about being charged on my lease. I was told by Christopher M[redacted] that he would wright me a letter. In this letter it was going to state that if I was charged anything because of the damage from the accident or subsequent repairs that [redacted] Insurance would pay what was charged. I did NOT refuse this. I even called [redacted] asking where this letter was after a couple weeks. Once the Letter arrived to my dismay it read "In the event that you are charged for anything related to the repairs resulting from this claim, I will CONSIDER reimbursing you for any charges." He obviously saw what I was seeing. Or he would never told me to reschedule to bring my truck back in.This is why I have no confidence in Black Horse Pike Auto Body's ability to fix my truck or deal in good faith. [redacted]s response to my predicament is very disconcerting as well. Regards,[redacted]

Review: Several months back I had a woman back into my parked truck. I got the woman's insurance information.= which is [redacted] Insurance. [redacted] Insurance contacted me and and claimed full responsibility for the damage. I brought my truck to BLACK HORSE PIKE AUTO BODY located at

[redacted].

I later picked up my truck. The day I picked up the truck I noticed the top right corner of my door was bent out. The manager said they could fix this. He brought it back into the shop and had the guys push it in. I had all my kids and had to leave. I did not have time to look very closely. When I get home I noticed now the corner that they pushed in was now to far in. I also noticed that the seams do not line up. Also there is door molding that no longer appears the same. I also measured the door to find that it was a different size then the other door. There is also a small rattling noise that comes from the door when driving. I also found the door sticks out from the body. If you put a straight edge on it the door is pointing outward. There also appears to be a spot weld on the door along the edge. Also apon pick up I was told they had to do work on the inside door frame. Now the molding on the inside is "popped" up not laying flat as it should. I brought these up to (and brought my truck in to show him) the insurance representative (Michael V [redacted]) He said they could fix these problems. I brought my truck back in for repair and Michael V [redacted] was on vacation. Christopher M[redacted] (Claims Supervisor) was filling in for him. Told me he saw nothing wrong with my truck and would not spend any more money trying to fix it. The repair work was sub standard, poor.Desired Settlement: I want my truck fixed correctly. And seeing as the shop I brought it too obviously can not do the job right. I want a certified [redacted] Dealer/Repair shop to do the work so I know that it is done right.
