I have been going back and forth for months trying to get a refund or my tat fixed with no progressCeaser charges $per hour but I paid it cuz I thought he was the bestOn top of doing *** ***in front of my son, mama and me, he had a horrible attitude, Duchess came in high as hell being a rude ***, and to top it off, he messed my tattoo upHow the hell do I have PERMANENT blue ink in the mouth of the leopard? He went so deep in my skin that he scarred meSmhNot professional at all!
Ceasar completed tattoo on my right arm on 11/**/ Tattoo looks horrible, quality of a 2-year-old I paid $in advance for the tattoo, which is his fee per hour I called shop on 11/**/and filed complaint with Rose the receptionist Also, sending her picture of finished tattoo She said she would have to contact Ceasar, whom was in Miami and would get back to me I received voicemail from Rose on 11/**/2016, stating that it was at the discretion of artist to provide refund and Ceasar is refusing to do so
September * I visited the Atlanta location for two tattoos and was given the price for both for the first and for the second and the level of detail and color I was asking for, I was asked by the customer service girl to pay in full so that she could cash the artist out at the end of the night and send the owner his cut of the chargeI was asked to come back because the first piece needed to cover my chest and the artist advised sessionsA month and change passed with no follow up until I continued to call, was brought in be customer service rep and turned away by the artist after the artist told me that he wouldn't be able to work on it at that time eitherI was brought in a third time and the older parts of the tattoo were refreshed and minor progress was made on the rest of the first tattooAfter a short session I was told to come back againAfter following up to have the first tattoo finished I have not gotten feedback in two monthsWe have not even start
