Used Black Jack for bail in October of 2014. My bond was exonerated on in early November of 2014. Drove down to their office personallyto provide official documents showing proof of exoneration. Here it is now middle of March 2015 and still have not received collateral back...............the amount is in the thousands. Exactly as previous commenter stated. Call office, transferred to collateral department, no human voice, goes straight to voicemail every time. Not one returned message to me. DO NOT USE THIS BAIL BOND COMPANY. Problem is when a person needs to be bailed out they do not have the ability to check the ratings of the various bail bond office being used. This business is not accredited with Revdex.com either.
I used BJB in JUly and had to post $3000 with them because I was going to Europe. The busniess manager, [redacted], told me that I would receive the $3000 back once my case was adjudicated. It was dismissed and now all I get is the runaround from Black Jack. Its been over a month and a half and the refund check is still not there. The office manager gave me a phone number to call and all I ever get is a recording. Nobody ever calls me back. They are stalling me off and seem to think that they can rip me off by stalling.
