Review: Review:

1) Did not put any sealant in between the sink and the countertop, can cause water link and mold.

2) Did not secure the countertop properly, countertop still moving.

3) I believe that they did not put any sealer on the countertop.

I signed the contract with **. [redacted] on 17Aug2013 and we agreed that his going to complete the project on 23Aug2013. He also told me that he'll call me Wednesday to confirm the time on Fridjay. Wednesday comes, I didn't received any call, so I called him Wed. at 4:50pm and he said we are still good on Friday and he'll call me Thursday morning to confirm the time. Thursday morning came no call, I called him twice 2:21pm no answer, mailbox full, spoke to him 2:35pm and told me he'll call me Friday at 10:00am to confirm the time again. Same thing happened Friday no call so I called him at ll:d0am to check the status. I spoke to him and he told me that they are running behind and they should be at my house between 2:30-3:00pm. He told me that they should be done between 6:00-7:00pm. He also said he'll call me when they are on their way. 3:00pm came no call. I called him, mailbox full so I end Up texting him, 3:26pm, to check the status and he called me back. He said, they are on the way to pick up the countertop at the shop and they should be at the house at 5:00pm and he'll call when they are close by. Same thing, no call, so I texted him, 5:16pm, to check if they are close to my house. I received a call from him at 5:20, and he told me that the countertop is not ready, they still cutting the last piecd. He told me that they still coming and going to do the install. I told him that installation need to be completed that day, Friday, because my plumber will be here on Saturday for faucet installation. He told me that they coming from [redacted] on Friday traffic. They showed up between 7:00pm. He promised me that everything will be installed perfectly. They finished the installation around 10:00pm. I did my inspection and he told me that it takes a few hours for the glue to dry off. I also asked him if they put a sealer on the granite, and he said yes. Then before I handed him the final payment, I asked him ih front of you wife, how come there are no sealant between the countertop and the sink, he said they don't need to put anything in between.

Next morning, Saturday, at 9:00am, my plumber showed up and he noticed that there is no sealant between countertop and sink. He said that we need it because it will cause link and may create mold in the future. We also noticed the one of the countertop is not secure properly. It's still moving. I called **. [redacted] right away and asked him to come back to put the sealant on the sink and secure the other countertop. We talked and I asked him several time to come in that day, Saturday, to fix the issue and he refuses. His excused was, it his birthday and he has planned something for his family. We agreed that he'll come in the next day, Sunday, at 11:00am. I need to reschedule my plumber to come back on Sunday to put the plumbing. Next day, Sunday at 11:00am, same thing, no call. I called him, no answer, and mailbox full. I end up texting him again at 11:13am asking him status. He texted me back telling me that he need to reschedule for Monday, excuse was, family again. At first I agreed but after thinking about it, I changed my mind, so I said no and I told him that he need to fix the issue before 3:00pm before my plumber showed up. He told that he can be here between 3-3:30pm and I said that plumber will be here at 3:00pm. I also said that if he did not show up I will file a complaint against his company. That's the end of our conversation that day. He did not show up. I end up buying the sealant and I asked the plumber to do it. The other countertop still not secures, you can still lift the countertop, and |l saw 4 small amount of glue on each corner. I also think that they did not put any sealer on the granite. The only thing that I saw was a can of acetone to clean the countertop. Because of this issue, we need to eat out for two day because we don't have any water on the sink.
