At this time, I have been contacted directly by Patrick Ruddy Inc regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Patrick Ruddy contacted me by phone,(on Sept* **), mainly to ask me to remove my complaint from the better
business site, or he would sue me for slander,and hung up on meHe still believes it's not his fault, but as stated ,I have an "independent" company, that spent hours looking at my floor(stating their non-bias opinion), in a page report, with many pictures and measurement (copy was sent to Patrick Ruddy Inc), that it was the fault of the installers(Patrick Ruddy Inc.) and NOT any other reasonI'm truly sorry this won't be resolved
