I woke up to an inch of standing water on the main floor of my house seeping into the subfloor and into the basement! My husband was out of town and I didn't know what to do My friend called Black Label and they were at my house within an hour on a Sunday morning They did a fantastic job from start to finish They were very caring and made sure the restoration job was done right They were the one's who mentioned to me that I should contact my insurance company about temporary housing and they took such great care of our home and the restoration process I would highly recommend them!!!!
Our basement recently flooded due to heavy rain We did a quick search on the Revdex.com website and found Black Label We called and they were able to come out within a few hours Dallas and his crew were knowledgeable, friendly and respectful They quoted us three days for a clean up and finished on time They were able to salvage the carpet and padding and made minimal cuts to the drywall Although we "hope" to never have to use their services again, if the situation arises, they will be the first company we call!

We called Black Label for them to come and check a closet to take out and repair. We were not really informed well. We thought that the 1703.14 was for both take down and put up.Well we were set up for a day but then Black Label had to reschedule. We were told the area they were working in would be done in like 2 days. Except it was almost a full week before they came back to take the tent down. They didn't tell me that they were going to take railing off of stairs carpet off. We had to be careful when we went upstairs to do anything.They put tape down but there was staples all over the place.there from when they took out the rest of the carpet. I was not happy with them at all.
We unfortunately experienced a flood in our basement the weekend of May 9-10, 2015. We called Black Label and despite the large number of similar calls, they were able to see us quickly. They assessed the situation and had a crew haul furniture and belongings to safety. Another crew followed to mitigate further damage. All of the people we encountered with Black Label have been knowledgeable professionals that made swift, good decisions while at the same time expressing genuine concern about our situation. While the expense was not insignificant, we feel that the acitons of Black Label saved us money in the long run. Their quick action--and some of our own--saved the expense of a major basement structural overhaul. We will gladly and enthusiastically endorse this company.
On a Sunday afternoon a pipe in my finished basement burst. Black Label sent our Dallas, Jim and AJ. They quickly got water out of my carpet, found the issue (and capped a pipe so I could have water again until my plumber could come), installed equipment and walked me and my landlord thru the process of repair, all while my very active 4 year old chased them and got in the way. They were amazing with her and myself. Normally I'm uncomfortable having men I do not know in my house, but they were very professional and put me at ease. Each day they worked around my scheduled to come and check on equipment and my home. I would definitely have them back again.
After experiencing basement flooding, Black Label Restoration was the only company out of 4 that I called with good Revdex.com ratings, that was able to respond within anything less than a week's time. In fact, they were able to get fans and dehumidifiers set up within a day of my call, which was critical timing in order to prevent mold development and to minimize damage to framing, drywall, etc. They were thorough both in providing adequate resources to maximize a speedy drying, as well as thoroughness with monitoring progress towards completion of the drying process and minimizing costs and service time.
Black Label just completed their job drying my basement after water entered. Generally, the employees were friendly. They seemed to know what they were doing. But, I would not use them again for these reasons, which all has to do with the ownership:
1. Cost: This was an out-of-pocket job as insurance wasn't paying. They seem to have no idea how to work with real home owner's budgets when insurance isn't footing the bill. We had one inch of water in the basement (900 sq ft), and at first they wanted $5,700 to extract the water, take up the carpet and dry. I pushed them down to $4,200 and ended up doing most the work myself. I realize the equipment is expensive, but the owner reminded me several times that this was a, "charity job" for them, that they weren't making any money.
2. Not on time, unresponsive: Their guarantee is that they will be at your house one hour after call (for $175 dollars). The thing is, this is only the first time. Every time after that they were at least a few
