Black Label Services, LLC Reviews (4)

Black Label Services has been in contact with Mr*** regarding this issue The project was initiated on 10/25/ On 11/2/the roof portion had began and took longer than is typically expected on a roofing project of this nature The roof was inspected by the city and
passed inspections along with Mr***’ approval of the completed project In mid November, Black Label Services had decided to postpone the siding installation until warmer weather in the spring Black Label Services best practice is to install vinyl siding in consistent temperatures over degrees This typically occurs in May of each year and the *** project was scheduled for a May installIn December Mr*** expressed concerns that his insurance company would not renew his policy if the siding had not been completed Black Label Services had made contact with his insurance agent on two occasions and confirmed that the roof was the concern of the insurance company and that the siding would not inhibit his policy from renewal This was communicated back to Mr*** in December Black Label Services also provided to Mr*** and his insurance company the roof completion certificate and the permit inspection sheets to confirm the completed roof in December Mr*** was contacted in March to inform him of plans to install the siding when consistent degree temperature conditions occurred The siding portion was installed by the end of May and inspected by the city Mr*** has expressed his satisfaction and approval of the completed project JOE DVORAK President Black Label Services, LLC

I am rejecting this response because: The work on this project is not complete, it is incomplete, and Joe has made several promises to finish the work and has failed to respond to multiple request to contact me with an update on the status. The vinyl siding (corner pieces) were never replaced and Joe assured me he would return to replace themPer our agreement. Additionally Joe promised to return to fix damage caused by his contractors on our top siding, when replacing the shingles Joes contractors lifted the bottom channel to insert the shingles, bending it and causing the upper siding to warp. In response to Joe’s reply, I feel that Joe is implying that the roof took longer due to unforeseen circumstances, it did not, this was fully due to his contractors coming out for a few hours a day with two people on a crew for the project I have a typical roof. I need to mention Joe took full payment in November for these services. He is correct in his statement that BLS had decided to postpone the siding installation until warmer weather, however we were not informed of this decision until March 31st, despite repeated attempts to contact him. My insurance agent claims she did not speak with Joe and had in fact informed us at that time that we could be at risk of losing our insurance policy if an auditor investigated the still remaining damage that we were instructed to repair. The gutters, contracted work that was part of the original purchase was not completed until June 22. I have never expressed my satisfaction to MrDvorak, we have been very unsatisfied, only my intent to withdraw my complaints against BLS if they would complete the work as promised. Of which I am fully prepared to do when the contracted work has been completed

Black Label Services was not aware of the lack of installation on this project until this notice.  Due to actions outside of our control, Mastershield had given the dealer rights to their products to another company in MN after this contract was initiated.  The project was handed off by...

Black Label Services to the new dealer along with the deposit monies. Since learning that the new dealer has not installed the project, Black Label Services has began to pursue them for the deposit monies.  Black Label Services has been in contact with Ms. [redacted] and has agreed to return her deposit since the original contract was with Black Label Services.  Black Label Services will attempt to be made whole by the new MN dealer.
