I needed replacement windows, it took DAYS JUST to get an estimateTHEN I was told it would take 4-weeks to get the windowsThe "tech" who the windows told me weeks at the most from the day he measured until the installationI hired a local contractor and had the windows replaced weeks after I had already waited weeks for an estimateALSO!I gave the "tech" frames that needed new screensTHREE weeks later! I got back NEW frames with new screens, that DID'NT fit, becausethe NEW frames weren't any where near the size, shape and thickness of the old framesI NEVER asked for NEW frames, only NEW SCREENSI asked for my old frames back, of course, just as with the estimate, nobody has an answer and I'm assuming are lost foreverAlso...., the replacement screen material was thick and blackI specifically asked for a lighter thinner screen materialMy experience with them was unbelievable, and made me wonder if I was in the twilight zone, so much so I downloaded the yelp app just to warn others! I also had conversations with some of the local people, as I'm not a local, and was told BMG is the only glass company in town and they treat people as suchIf you need replacement windows or screens, DO NOT USE BLACK MOUNTAIN GLASSHire a local contractor, pay the extra to go to another town or planet, It'll be a quicker and a much more professional experience

The two workers that came out to our house we're awesomeThe time it took the company to do the job (4-months) was notI enjoy when they DO finally get around to us and our work ordersJust wish they would treat customers (especially those with disabilities and are waiting on them) with more attentivenessAt least CALL and give an update if you know or don't know the ETANot sure if a 3rd Party holds them up, or if it's lack of personnel but whatever it IS, they should probably work on trying to fix thatAs a Customer Service Manager in an Un-ideal/Not-So-Popular profession, I still hold my position and Customers with the up most respect and responsibilityCustomer Service is EVERYTHING these days and it's starting to be a priority in EVERY industryDo they need resources to improve their business? If there IS something holding them back they should reach out and let the community know

The "tech" who the windows told me 3 weeks at the most from the day he measured until the installation. I hired a local contractor and had the windows replaced 3 weeks after I had already waited 2 weeks for an estimate. ALSO!.. I gave the "tech" 4 frames that needed new screens. THREE weeks later! I got back 4 NEW frames with new screens, that DID'NT fit, because.... the NEW frames weren't any where near the size, shape and thickness of the old frames. I NEVER asked for NEW frames, only NEW SCREENS. I asked for my old frames back, of course, just as with the estimate, nobody has an answer and I'm assuming are lost forever. Also...., the replacement screen material was thick and black. I specifically asked for a lighter thinner screen material.
