This is the original construction proposal from [redacted], with the letterhead Black Oak Construction. I am not sure if he operated from any actual "office" as none is listed on any of his paperwork. I found the address I put on the Revdex.com complaint online, and the phone number is what is listed...
online, which when I called had a voicemail that stated it is for Black Oak Construction. He asked that the checks be made out to him. I had a total of 10 invoices from him, and 10 checks, totaling a bit over $77000, which I have copies of and can send.
