We received great work from the folks at ABS constructionWe own a few home rentals and were looking for floor work in a time crunch [redacted] and his crew swooped in, gave us a fair estimate, and followed through on time and without any surprisesI kept them on for follow up work and was again please with both the timeliness and quality of their workI had one minor complaint (a door sticking on the new carpet) and they fixed it without argumentWe have no reservations using this company in the future

Black Oak Homes were absolutely amazing, they replaced my roof after the hail storm on July They were always following up with us and the entire experience was extremely positive and so easy to work withThe price and quality of the work they did was unbeatableThe guys was very respectful and did excellent clean up, I see others company around our neighbor that left many trash around but Black Oak Homes did tremendous clean upWe can't thank them enough and we highly recommend Black Oak Homes for any project we actually planning to used them again

We bought a Black Oak home on Gelbvieh Rdin FalconThe builder was very attentive to our needs and wanted us to be happy with all of the features of the homeI feel that they take the time to get everything perfect before you move in, and even after you move in should something need attentionUnlike the many "cookie cutter" houses that are often built by other builders, I feel that this company is more customized and considers the preferences of the buyer throughout the processWe love our house!
