We emailed the customer three times. The automated system did the first email (7/9) when the order was initially made. The second (7/10) was to advise that the order was ready for pickup as the customer selected the "will call/pick up" option for delivery with our address in Waimea and times...
available for pickup. The third time we emailed (7/23) was in response from a follow up email from the customer. Again advising that they could pickup the order or we can give and additional option to ship to them via USPS. All emails/correspondence went to the address [redacted]@live.comI believe the best course of action is to cancel and refund the order. We will do so if no response within 2 days.
