I am rejecting this response because:
The company is suggesting that my actions caused this spot after admitting that the spots were not there before the workers performed cleaning of the carpetTo suggest that something happened to the carpet immediately after the workers left is preposterous Additionally they were notified of the damage in a reasonable amount of time, after given the carpet time to completely dry.
The response provided is yet another example of the unprofessional and unethical nature in which this business is operatedThey clearly have no pride in their service as well as a poor attitude toward their customersAgain I am requesting that this business repair the damage done to my carpet

This job was cleaned on 1-29-16.  My crew did not notice these bleach spots before or after cleaning.   The customer called us 2-4-16 about discolored spots that were not there before.   We sent a crew out to look at carpet on 2-5-16, not knowing what we were going to find.   We...

found a few rather small bleach spots in the master bedroom.  The original cleaning crew was not available on the 2-5-16 visit.  We sent a manager and his assistant.  Upon seeing these spots, it was obvious to him that the color was gone from these spots and could not be fixed by us.  As you can imagine, we cannot and do not..carry, use or  have any contact with any cleaning agents or treatments that can possibly take the color out of carpet.  It simply cannot happen.  We are in thousands of homes every year and this just does'nt occur.  It is my belief that another source, probably  a toilet bowl cleaner, perfume, acne medicine or other outside cleaning agent is to blame for these discolorations.  The 5-6 days between the cleaning job and the complaint seems rather strange.  
     I am in no way suggesting that the customer knowingly has any other explanation.  I am only going on my experience that we could not have done this damage.
At this point, my recommendation is for the customer to have an independent carpet analysis done on these spots and the carpet.  They will be better able to possibly get an answer for the complaintant after taking carpet samples, etc.  If at this point, this analysis showed in any way this was our fault, I am willing to pay for a professional company to re-dye these spots to the customers satisfaction.
If this is the route that will be used,  a certified carpet inspection company should be used.  Thank you    Jim S[redacted]   ###-###-####......as I am typing this response, I am preparing for a trip that will keep me out of the office until  Monday 2-22-16...
