Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
To Whom It May Concern: Case # *** HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED
I received a letter from Black Pine full of lies: First, they said they had agreed to come out and look at it for free...this was not the original agreement they made...they had said on the phone, they would charge $to come out and see where the leak was and $more if they had to raise the spa to find the leakThe spa was sitting on my deck, so it was obvious they were going to have to raise the spaAs I stated previously, I did not have another $to give them, and they assured me, it wasn't them who had broken the spa...that is why I had my brother come over and help me raise the spaThey did send a man out to look at the spa, for free, but we had already raised it by then
Basically Black Pine Spas did NOTHING to resolve the problem...they just said I should have trusted them, and I didn'tActually, the spa hasn't worked properly, since they "fixed it'It does hold water, but now the control panel isn't working...! have no idea how to prove they could have broken it, though it was working perfectly, BEFORE I turned it off for the winter of 2014-when it wasn't being used.I still think they should pay my brother and I for raising it, but they just said they wouldn't and in no way tried to fix the problemSincerely,*** ***
