I bought a as new guitar from Roman Guitars for They improperly packed the guitar and it got damaged in shipmentThe crack to the body blended in with the wood grain and I found it by running my finger over itI had it for days and wasn't expecting to return it until the damage was found but I notified everyone the minute I found the crackThey didn't want to even talk about a refund they said it needed to be returned after daysBut that is for people who are not satisfied with the guitar it said nothing about the procedure for shipping damageThey are trying to make me keep the broken bass with some glue on the crack and no compensation for the devaluation of the guitarNow they aren't doing anythingThey're telling me the *** claim has not been finalized why this matters I don't know they will be getting the money from itI finally told them I would take Just to see if they would do anything like a refund just because I don't want to be in a business rel
